Peas & Avo Dip

Upclose

Hey Loves! How is your week coming along? Need I say how excited I am for September or do the 2 posts this week do it for me? 🙂 I have scheduled quite a number of things and I pray that they all go according to plan. I will share more about them in due time but in the mean time, please keep me in your prayers. 🙂

I made a Pea and Avo Dip over the weekend as a recipe trial for a guacamole alternative. Although if we are to be quite honest, nothing beats some good ol’ guac! 😉

This dip is really easy to whip up and it only requires about 5 ingredients and a blender. I used some left over peas but boiled peas could work just as well, as long as they are well cooked. I really wanted to add some mint leaves but my vendor had run out, so I simply decided to make do! I sure hope you try it out as you enjoy your last day of August! 🙂

-Squeeze the lime.

-Add all your ingredients to the blender and blend to your desired consistency.

-Serve either as a dip or as a spread on toast with your toppings of choice.
