Hey loves! How is your week coming along? I am so glad to be back sharing with you guys! I attended a Food Photography Workshop in January hosted by Mimmie and one of our weekly assignments was to take photos of pancakes. I immediately jumped on the opportunity to try out this new recipe that is slightly different from my usual. I normally gravitate towards cinnamon and nutmeg or oreo pancakes. But going out of my comfort zone definitely had its perks because I absolutely enjoyed the outcome. I do hope that you try out the recipe! 🙂
2 Cups Home Baking Flour
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Handful of Raisins
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
Mix all the moist ingredients in a bowl and do the same to the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour in the mixture of the dry ingredients into the moist one, adding as you go. Remember, the thicker the consistency, the thicker your pancakes and vice versa.
Make the pancakes on medium heat and garnish as you please. I used vanilla yogurt, strawberries and raisins.
